Clifton Mayfield, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Mayfield teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Leadership, and Human Resource Management. Beginning his career as an applications programmer for Hewlett-Packard, he now has over a decade of corporate management experience. Dr. Mayfield specializes in the area of work attitudes and behaviors, and presents his research frequently at academic conferences. He is a contributing member of the Academy of Management, the Southern Management Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
