As a student studying a STEM discipline at University of Houston-Clear Lake, you will be educated by distinguished professors and researchers. The faculty of Science and Engineering features experts in fields as diverse as therapeutic oncology, coastal ornithology, biogeochemistry, plant genomics, invertebrate zoology, neurobiology, pathophysiology, molecular biology, microbial ecology, plant physiology and environmental chemistry. The college is divided into six departments: Biology and Biotechnology, Computing Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Science, Mathematics and Statistics, and Physical and Applied Sciences.
