Daniel Zerong Wang, Ph.D.

Biography

Daniel Zerong Wang received his doctorate from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science. His research activity focuses on a) the combinatorial synthesis of carbohydratecontaining molecules with scaffolds of biological functions; b) organic reactions; c) computational chemistry by using ab initio and density function theory to solve some fundamental problems; and d) preparation of carbohydrate-related biopolymers.
